I meant Farnham is geometrically (say, angluar serifs) similar to Times Modern. According Neville Brody (who directed Luke Prowse to fashion the new typeface) and Jon Hill, when they were designing the new Times nameplate, they were influenced by the angular 1966 masthead design (The Times typeface has only changed on four other occasions since 1785) and Jonathan Fleischman.
In fact, Farnham, Mercury, Fenway, DTL Fleischmann and Eudald ARE all Fleischman revivals.

Farnham has some baroque features, its based on Johannes Fleischman’s design for Enschedé. DTL also have a revival version called DTL Fleischmann. (unsurprisingly)

Times new roman is based on dutch models, so there are resemblances, but its kinda soft and less characteristic. not as striking as Fleischman.
